Sean plays a six string bass like a Stradivarius. He's on his way to a very successful music career and I'm proud of him. The first time I met Sean, he was changing the oil on his Ford Escort. Now he's driving some big, new, SUV... am I jealous? Not of his car but of his musical talent. YES!

Yes, some sick individual got into the system and changed a bunch of stuff so that the store had a big "hacked" sign in there. The products were gone, and I couldn't put it back the way it was. I actually blew it up trying to fix it. So, I got a reset and a new password and I'm back in business.

Dropshipping Wholesalers is really good about that kind of stuff. They are the ones who got me going and keep me motivated selling on the internet. Psst.. I get a spiff if you sign up with them through me. It's really an easy and inexpensive way to get a storefront up and running on the internet.

Reason for the Season

There are nonreligious records that were kept by the Roman Empire. They mention Jesus as somebody who really did walk the earth just like you and Me. They say he really did get crucified.

The whole thing about his birth being predicted thousands of years before it really happened is in the Bible. The books that made these predictions were really written thousands of years before Jesus. They spoke of God and Man, good and evil, heaven and hell. They declared the Jews as God's "chosen people". They spoke of sin and redemption through blood sacrifices of lambs, goats and pigeons and they spoke of a savior (a "Christ") that would bring final salvation to his children.

After Jesus was crucified, his followers wrote of all the similarities between what the old books said would happen when the savior came, and what really did happen when Jesus came. Like the big star that led the three kings, the birth in the cow stall, the fact that the birth was in the city of Bethlehem, the order by the roman ruler to kill all the male children just in case the rumors about this savior were true, and on, and on... Strange thing is, the nonreligious records back 'em up... all except for the missing body... you see Jesus' followers believe that he rose from the dead. That, you have to take on faith, just like evolution.

Anyway, Jesus also opened up the "chosen people" thing to everyone. Christmas is a celebration of the birth of the savior of God's children from the finality of death in the pit of hellfire.

30 years ago, Randy and Nick started renting an old building to use for playing music on friday nights. The regular group that played at the studio were dubbed The Cooter Brown Band because of Cooter Brown's reputation as a drinker.

You see, Cooter Brown's two brothers had left for the civil war... one with the north, and one with the south. Cooter Brown could not choose a side but chose instead to drink until the war was over.

Then, right when we were about to release "Just Another Night", we find out that there's bands everywhere named after Cooter Brown.

Each year we stop for just a moment to remember the birth of Jesus Christ.

In celebration of that moment, we spend countless hours and money shopping for just the right gift to give to each other.

I guess we are reinacting the visit by the 3 Kings from the east that gave very significant gifts to Jesus when he was born.

We also tell tales to children about Santa Claus and the gifts he gives in his reinactment of that same visit.

Well it's a little known fact that the 3 Kings got all of their stuff from
